Our institute offers General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) programs with a mission to develop skilled, ethical, and compassionate nurses ready to serve the healthcare sector in India and beyond.

The Roots of Our Purpose: Deepsikha Charitable Trust
Deepsikha Nursing Institute is a proud initiative of Deepsikha Charitable Trust, a nonprofit, community-based organization founded in 2014. The trust has been actively working toward women and men empowerment, skill development, and livelihood promotion across the underserved regions of West Bengal.
Starting with grassroots work in backward communities, the trust has used Self Help Groups (SHGs) and community engagement as a base to bring real change. The Nursing Institute is an extension of this mission—to offer professional education and career opportunities to youth, especially from marginalized and rural backgrounds, contributing to the broader goal of inclusive development.
GNM – General Nursing and Midwifery (3 Years)
A diploma-level course focusing on fundamental nursing skills, patient care, community health, and midwifery practices.

B.Sc Nursing – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4 Years)
