Deepsikha Charitable Trust is a nonprofit community based organization working towards women & men empowerment, skill Development and livelihood promotion Deepsikha Charitable trust aspires to improve the living conditions of the poor and marginalised by adapting strategies through community initiative, participation and sensitization. Founded in 2014, the organization has worked among backsword communities initiative in the interior unreached pockets of West Bengal women self help groups have been taken as the base for all interventions and livelihood Activities enabling them to contributes towards mainstream development process
